Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Endyur, a race registration and event operations platform for endurance and multisport events in the Philippines. By creating an account, registering for an event, or listing an event, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account, and keep it up to date. Accurate personal details matter for race safety, category eligibility and emergency contact purposes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and, where enabled, your multi-factor authentication (MFA) device. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

A participant selects an event and category, accepts the event waiver, and submits a registration. The registration is created with a Pending status.

The participant then pays the Organizer directly using the payment details shown for that event, and uploads proof of payment.

The Organizer reviews the proof of payment and approves or rejects the registration. Only upon approval is the entry confirmed, and a bib number and QR confirmation issued.

Endyur does not process, collect or hold participant payments. Payments are made directly to the event Organizer through the payment details the Organizer provides (for example GCash or bank transfer).

Endyur is not a party to that payment transaction and is not responsible for payment disputes, failed transfers, incorrect amounts, or non-delivery of event services between a Participant and an Organizer.

Participants must read and accept the applicable event waiver before completing registration. Acceptance is recorded with a version, signature and timestamp.

The waiver is a binding agreement between the Participant and the Organizer for that specific event. Endyur provides the mechanism to present and record waiver acceptance but is not a party to it.

Cancellation, deferral and refund policies are set by each Organizer, not by Endyur. Participants should review the specific event's policy before registering and direct all refund requests to the Organizer.

Organizers must represent their event accurately, including dates, distances, routes, inclusions, pricing and payment details.

Organizers must verify payment submissions in good faith and within a reasonable time, and must handle participant data only for the purposes of operating their event.

Organizers must settle platform fees owed to Endyur as invoiced.

Organizers agree to pay Endyur's platform fees as invoiced, in line with the fee structure disclosed at the time of event creation. This may consist of a base fee per event and a per-entry fee (percentage or fixed).

Invoices may be issued on an interim basis during registration and finalised after the event. Certain platform features, including full participant exports, unlock as fees are settled.

You may not submit fraudulent or altered proof of payment, create fake or misleading events, impersonate another person or organization, scrape or misuse participant data, or attempt to bypass access controls on the platform.

The Endyur name, logo, platform design, and platform content are owned by Endyur. Event content uploaded by Organizers remains theirs, but they grant Endyur a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of promoting and operating the event.

Endyur provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endyur is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in any event, for an Organizer's acts or omissions, or for indirect or consequential losses. Events are operated solely by their Organizers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Misamis Oriental.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
